TTI Success Insights is seeking a growth-focused Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team to optimize channels and keep our lead funnel overflowing. We’re looking for a highly motivated holistic strategist, to monitor and influence our campaigns and spark social engagement with both prospects and existing customers. Job responsibilities include:


  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Defining, measuring, reporting and optimizing relevant paid media based on performance and organizational goals
  • Contributing to the development, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
  • Engaging with prospects and existing customers to drive conversations across social platforms
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Understand keyword match types, negative keywords, bid adjustments, targeting options and other key campaign elements within Google Ads and other advertising platforms
  • Staying informed of industry best practices and new technologies


As our paid media specialist, you will do more than just managing and monitoring online ad placements. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company. Ideally this individual will be able to predict what’s coming and not only adjust for it, but lean in and help identify how to pivot to perform best. 


This new role will work within an in-house digital marketing team and report directly to the department leader to ensure paid media strategies are aligned with overarching organizational marketing goals. 



Qualifications include:


  • Design, complete and maintain ROI-focused PPC and paid social campaigns
  • Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge around UTM creation and implementation
  • Exceptional understanding of Google Analytics and Adwords, keyword analysis and strategy, bid prices, cost-per-conversion, web traffic metrics, social media KPIs and SEO
  • Ability to use social media with a focus on driving conversions and building brand awareness on multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GMB, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook 
  • Hubspot CRM and platform familiarity are a huge plus
