TTI Success Insights’s Office Coordinator is responsible for providing a warm, friendly first impression to all of our customers and guests. You will work from our Scottsdale headquarters Monday through Friday with a collaborative team driven by helping our world-class consultants solve problems with their global clients. You will play an integral role in ensuring our office operations run smoothly by providing excellent internal and external customer service and organization. You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Have a working knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Possess an outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Are detail-oriented 
  • Enjoy collaborating on projects and keeping busy!

As our Office Coordinator, your typical day might include:

  • Opening the office for business
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the appropriate team members
  • Managing, sorting, and routing email
  • Greeting visitors and accepting deliveries
  • Maintaining staff and company calendars
  • Keeping public office spaces stocked, tidy, and organized

Your background, skills, and experiences should include:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent 
  • 2+ years working in office administration 
  • 2+ Years of customer service experience
