TTI Success Insights is seeking a growth-focused Jr. Software Engineer to join our technology team. This person will be a self-starter required to work on both front-end and back-end technologies, although not an expert in either, this person will be focused on learning from the team and becoming a significant contributor to the team's efforts. The junior software engineer will be responsible for writing code, maintaining tests, troubleshooting and debugging software, and maintaining software deployments. This individual will work with other more senior team members in a mentee/training capacity, and should be a good communicator, capable and eager to learn, and willing to receive direction. It is expected that this person will not have all the hard skills necessary for the job, but should be capable of continuous learning and improvement.

  6. Self-starting enough that mentorship and senior direction is spent primarily on growing the individual in the role, rather than correcting mistakes.


A minimum of 2 years experience with the following:

-Backend web technologies such as PHP, Ruby on Rails, and SQL databases

-Front-end web technologies such as React, HMTL, CSS

-Git, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes are a plus

Physical requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer and participating in a variety of virtual meetings.
